Back in April, Piriform rolled out a Beta version of CCleaner for Android. It is now June and I have some good news: CCleaner for Android graduated from Beta.

Piriform rolled out the stable version to Google Play. You can get it right now for free and use it to clean and speed up your Android.

As of June 2014, Piriform’s CCleaner application is available for Microsoft’s Windows, Apple’s Mac OS X, and Google’s Android mobile operating system.

The Windows version has been round for more than a decade. The OS X version has been around since the start of 2012, when the stable version was released to the public. And the Android version has been around for, well, a few days. You see, the stable version of CCleaner for Android has just recently been released to the public.

Piriform spent months of research and development before rolling out CCleaner for Android Beta – that was in April, 2014. In the months since the Beta release, tens of thousands of dedicated users put the software to the test. With the help of the community, Piriform fixed bugs, improved the app’s performance, and added more useful features.

The Beta testing process ended early June. CCleaner for Android graduated from Beta, Piriform published the stable version to Google Play. You can get the app for free and use it to keep your Android clean, fast, and safe.
