The free, recently released Clueful app analyzes the apps installed on your Android device and tells you if any of them abuse your personal info and put your privacy in jeopardy.

BitDefender wants to make sure that your privacy is not put in jeopardy by apps that might misuse, abuse, or carelessly use your sensitive information. As I was saying BitDefender, does not want your private data being misused by apps. With that aim in mind, the security company rolled out an innovative, free app called Clueful. It will analyze the apps installed on your device and tell you which ones can use your phone and read your messages without permission, send spam notifications, access your photos, send your passwords unencrypted over the internet, upload your calendar, interrupt your phone calls with audio ads and more.
