There is no doubt about it, one of the best security software providers out there is Kaspersky Lab; it is the largest antivirus company in Europe and it is ranked among the world’s top four vendors of security solutions. There’s also no doubt that the company’s award-winning antivirus and mobile security software for home and corporate users offer properly good protection against all sorts of security threats, including viruses, spyware, crimeware, hackers, phishing, and spam.

More proof of, well, everything I mentioned above, comes from National Computrade News (NCN), a leading IT news magazine and one of the most trusted sources for critical information needs of IT channel resellers. NCN asked Indian vendors, resellers, channel partners and end-users to nominate and vote for their favorite products and then held an awards ceremony at Hotel Surya in New Delhi.

At the awards ceremony, which was held on the 13th of May, NCN gave Kaspersky Lab the ‘Best Security Solutions Provider’ award. NCN gave out other awards, such as the ‘Most Innovative Products of the Year’ award, ‘Special’ award, ‘Eminent Distributor’ award’, and finally, the ‘Editor’s Choice’ award.

Getting back to Kaspersky Lab, the award is further proof of the company’s commitment to providing world-class security solutions to customers. In a press release Kaspersky Lab said that its wide range of products meet the needs of all categories of clients, from home users to large corporations, and offer powerful protection from IT security threats, including viruses, spyware, crimeware, hacker attacks, phishing and spam.

“We thank all our partners for their unending support. Industry recognition is important to us, and this award signifies their trust in us. We assure all our partners that the company is totally committed to always providing the most up-to-date and comprehensive security solutions,” said Jagannath Patnaik, Kaspersky Lab Head of Consumer Sales, India.
