Bandai Namco's 'Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle' Now Available in the Western World

Video game publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment decided that the western world is ready for Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle. So it made the mobile game available outside of Japan.

Speaking about Japan, it’s worth noting that Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle is a very popular game over there. How popular you ask? Well, it did manage to rack up more than 15 million downloads in the first 3 months after its release.

Until recently, only Japanese fans could play the Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle mobile game. Not anymore! Publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment decided to make this popular game available outside of Japan and released it to multiple western countries, including the US, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Norway, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Portugal, Finland, Luxemburg, Greece and Australia.

Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle introduces a brand-new chapter in this popular saga. The story behind the game goes something like this. Trunks’ Time Machine crash-lands on a planet where the Dragon Ball timeline has been thrown into chaos. You have to work with Trunks to get to the bottom of this mystery. And obviously, you’ll get to fight lots of foes as you try to uncover who is behind this sinister turn of events.
