Angry Birds Seasons Gets Easter Update

Back in February Rovio Mobile, the developer behind the immensely popular Angry Birds game, updated Angry Birds Seasons in honor of Valentines Day. Then in March, Rovio Mobile once again updated Angry Birds Seasons in honor of Saint Patrick’s Day. With only a few days until Easter, can you guess what Rovio Mobile did? That’s right, it has announced that it once again updated Angry Birds Seasons, this time to celebrate the Easter holidays.

“Just in time for Easter, it's a grand old egg bonanza for Angry Birds Seasons! We have updated the game on all platforms with 15 new springtime levels. You can download or update the game in all appstores for iOS, Android, Symbian^3 and Palm WebOS,” said Rovio Mobile.

On the App Store it says that Angry Birds Seasons version 1.4 comes with the following new bits and pieces:
- 15 new levels that put the focus on the beauty of spring.
- A new Easter-inspired theme that features rabbit-ear-wearing pigs and decorative eggs
- Plenty of golden eggs.

Apple users who already have Angry Birds Seasons, then version 1.4 with the abovementioned Easter goodies will be delivered to you free of charge. If you don’t have the game, you can grab it from the App Store for a mere $0.99. Android users on the other hand need not pay anything. The ad-supported version of Angry Birds Seasons is available free of charge on the Android Market.
