Timber Tumble, the update in question, comes with lots of new levels and a new “tip” feature that will help you cause maximum damage to those mad monkeys.

The Angry Birds Rio game just got a new update or episode: Timber Tumble. The premise of this episode is that the mad monkeys managed to get their hands on some logging equipment. You must play through the episode’s levels and stop the monkeys.

The new Timber Tumble episode comes with a grand total of 26 new levels – 20 regular levels and 6 hidden bonus levels. You can unlock the 6 bonus levels by finishing all levels with a 3-star rating. But the thing is that it’s not always that easy to get a 3-star rating.

This is where Timber Tumble’s new “tip” feature comes in: the game gives you a tip on how to cause maximum damage. This will help you get the coveted 3-star rating and unlock bonus levels. Or, if you’re stuck on a level, this will help you finish the level.

Power-ups will also help you finish levels and cause maximum damage. It must be mentioned that Timber Tumble introduces a new power-up named Call The Flock. The you use this power-up, your Macaw buddies come to give you a little bit of demolition help.

The Timber Tumble episode changes Super Seeds to Power Potion. Use said potion to juice up your bird with more destructive power.

Here’s a video presentation of the new Timber Tumble episode for Angry Birds Rio.

To play the Blossom River update you must get the latest version of Angry Birds Rio. You can get the iOS version from Apple’s App Store and the Android version from Google’s Play Store.
