Enter the #MakeMeSquawk competition and you could wind a copy of Angry Birds Trilogy (Angry Birds + Angry Birds Rio + Angry Birds Seasons). Furthermore, Rovio announced that its game was downloaded more than 8 million times on Christmas Day alone.

Today Rovio Entertainment announced that as part of the #MakeMeSquawk challenge it is giving you the chance to win a copy of Angry Birds Trilogy. If you’re not familiar with the trilogy, then I must tell you that it is made up of the classic Angry Birds game, the Rio movie-inspired Angry Birds Rio, and the varied Angry Birds Seasons. But I digress.

As I was saying, Rovio announced that it is giving away copies of Angry Birds Trilogy as part of the #MakeMeSquawk challenge, a challenge that goes like this:
  • What – share an original Angry Birds image. It can be fan art, photography, sculptures, piles of swag, anything else you want.
  • Where – share the image by posting a link in the comments section on the official Rovio blog here, by tweeting the picture to @angrybirds and tagging it #MakeMeSquawk, or by emailing it to community@rovio.com.
  • When – the challenge begins on Monday the 7th of January and comes and an end on Sunday the 13th. A winner will be chosen daily throughout the week.

On Thurdsay, Rovio Entertainment was quite pleased to announce that its Angry Birds game was downloaded more than 8 million times on Christmas Day and more than 30 million times during Christmas week, between the 22nd and the 29th of December. Across all platforms, the Angry Birds game was downloaded more than 1 billion times.

“Wow, what a year! We released four critically-acclaimed bestselling mobile games, developed two top-rated Facebook games, and reached more than a billion downloads -- all before our 3rd “Birdday”! Angry Birds Star Wars and Bad Piggies in particular have dominated the app charts, with Angry Birds Star Wars holding the #1 position on the US iPhone chart ever since its release!” said Rovio Entertainment.
