Universal Document Publisher Description

Universal Document is a simple tool that allows a developer to create an application that appears as a localised document to the end-user. This “document” will have a name in the native language of the user, and will display documentation in that language when opened.

Note that this is a developer’s tool. It is not a general purpose tool. The application will not run as is - it must be first configured for your project. Please read these instructions for details on using this tool, and see the developer's blog for details on how this tool works.
