System Maximizer Publisher Description

System Maximizer is a tool used by scientists, engineers, and
mathematicians to explore Digital Signal Processing algorithms.

It combines a hierarchical block diagram editor coupled with a high
speed discrete time system level simulator. There is an extensive
library of parameterizable elements, including sources, sinks,
arithmetic, and complex signal processing elements. In addition, System
maximizer is a platform which allows you to add your own custom
components.
