SurveyGizmo Widget lets you run online surveys, polls, contact forms, newsletter signups, lead generation… anything with a web form. Keep track of your stats from the comfort of your Mac OS Dashboard.

The SurveyGizmo widget gives you the best of both worlds. Use SurveyGizmo to build powerful, sophisticated and custom styled surveys, but easily glance at your Dashboard through out the day to monitor responses.

Quick links to Edit, Reporting, Preview and Create New survey

SurveyGizmo can also be integrated to communicate with other online services that use web forms (SalesForce.com, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, etc.), thereby giving you a view of that activity on your dashboard.
