Subsume Publisher Description
Subsume uses Growl notifications to let you know when your friends change their Facebook status. Optionally uses Address Book for nicknames and photos.

Minimal CPU/memory use, just launch and leave running. This is just a very basic alpha implementation that'll flesh out into a more significant app with time.
