Salt Lake in Tulips Publisher Description
Salt Lake in Tulips is a slidesaver containing 65 photographs of the flowers of Salt Lake City, Utah, as they bloomed this spring, April and early May 2005. I chose to include 65 photographs because that number is the sum of two other numbers: 18 and 47. 1847 was, of course, the year in which permanent settlers, the first contingent of Mormon pioneers, reached Salt Lake Valley. There were no tulips here then.
