PICStation X Publisher Description

Creates thumbnails easily. Features basic editing and image manipulating functions such as resize, scale, rotate, flip. Includes image adjusting functions such as colorize, desaturate, invert, brightness, contrast, threshold, posterize. Utilizes all its features in powerful batch processor.
