PDF Confidential will enforce the following upon your document:

Convert your document to a PDF (if it already isn’t)
Encrypt (you enter desired password)
Compress
E-Mail (you enter details in provided dialog box)

Then with that a composed email will appear with the compressed and encrypted PDF. And don't worry - PDF Confidential is 100% PC Compatible. :)
