JumpBox vTiger CRM Publisher Description

JumpBox vTiger CRM appliance is a self-contained instance of vTiger pre-configured as a virtual disk image that runs on Xen, VMware or Parallels. The appliances can now be unlocked to gain shell access and handle backups and restore using a network share.

vTiger is an open source web-based customer relationship management system that competes with applications like Saleslogix, Goldmine, SugarCRM and Salesforce.com. It allows you to track leads and contacts with customers and has a windows plugin that allows you to integrate directly with MS Office. This JumpBox includes vTiger 5.0.2.

Web mail has been completely redesigned for handling both Outgoing (SMTP) and Incoming (IMAP 2& IMAP4) type mails. Customers can also use the mass mailing for executing Marketing campaigns.
Implemented data-level security across the product, including Reports
and Dashboards. Henceforth, end-users will have a better experience in controlling access to the users within their CRM system. From now onwards, users can access data through reports & dashboards according to their role in the organization.
