Don`s Calorie Tracker Publisher Description

Don's Calorie Tracker allows you to easily record your daily intake of calories AND also easily record your daily exercise. Thus you can track the two main factors in weight maintenance. In general, in order to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you ingest. You can either reduce your calorie intake, or increase your exercise level, or both.

Don's Calorie Tracker keeps a daily running total. You can easily see how you are doing and you'll know when you must stop eating for a particular day. Or, if you go over your calorie target, you can see how performing a particular exercise will impact the calorie total. If eating that slice of chocolate cake puts you 100 calories over your target amount, then you'll see that a 20 minute walk will bring the total back down to the target amount.

Knowledge is power. Don's Calorie Tracker gives you all the information you need to control your weight. The simple act of knowing how many calories you eat, and how many you burn off with exercise is empowering!

Don's Calorie Tracker has a few more tricks up its sleeve. It doesn't simply give you a calorie total and leave it at that. What Don's Calorie Tracker does is create a personalized estimated "base calorie burn" level. This allows the program to more accurately predict the calorie level where you will lose weight. This base burn level is adjusted as you use the program so it becomes more accurate the longer you use the program. Don's Calorie Tracker gives you a plus or minus total which simply tells you how you are doing each day. If the total is bigger than zero, you've eaten more than you are allowed and must do more exercise. If the number is zero or minus, you are on track to achieving your target weight.
