The latest version of the Windows-based operating system, mainly Windows 7, is supposed to be better and superior to XP and Vista. With that in mind, using the operating system should be a piece of cake. But the simple truth of the matter is that from time to time you will run into a problem and you will not be able to resolve it yourself. You could for example invite a friend help you troubleshoot Windows 7 via Remote Assistance – assuming that your friend is not willing to come to you and help you solve the problem.

Alternatively you could call tech support – but this is no longer necessary with Windows 7. Thanks to Problem Steps Recorder in Windows 7 you can take screenshots and comment on your problem; this way tech support will be able to identify your problem and help you solve it. Come to think of it, that friend of yours could help you out without coming to you - just present the problem via Problem Steps Recorder and he may figure it out.
