Use Keyboard Shortcuts in Flock (Windows)

As long as you know what a web browser is – as Google found out recently, most people do not know what a browser is – chances are that you are a familiar with the big boys on the market today. There’s Microsoft's Internet Explorer, Mozilla’s Firefox, Google’s Chrome, Apple’s Safari and Opera’s, well, Opera. There is one other browser that deserves mentioning: Flock. Flock is a web browser built on the Firefox codebase that provides a different user experience than the one provided by Firefox. This is because it addresses the social networking needs of the user.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use in Flock, the Windows version of the social web browser:

Alt + Left arrow - Back
Alt + Right arrow - Forward
F5 or Ctrl + R - Reload
Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R - Reload (override cache)
Esc - Stop loading
Ctrl + Shift + Del - Clear private data

Ctrl + K - Web search
F6 or Ctrl + L - Select location bar
Ctrl + Return - Complete .com address
Shift + Return - Complete .net address
Ctrl + Shift + Return - Complete .org address

Ctrl + C - Copy
Ctrl + X - Cut
Ctrl + V - Paste
Ctrl + Z - Undo
Ctrl + Shift + Z - Redo
Ctrl + A - Select all
Ctrl +P - Print
Ctrl + S - Save page

Ctrl J - Downloads
Ctrl + U - Page source

Ctrl + T - New tab
Ctrl + N - New window
Ctrl + T - Open in new tab
Ctrl + W - Close tab
Ctrl + W or Ctrl + Shift + W - Close window
Ctrl+1 through 9 - Select tab 1 through 9

Ctrl + Shift + N - Create new collection in Favorites manager
Ctrl + Shift + A - Open accounts and services
Ctrl + Shift + B - Open blog editor
Ctrl + Shift + O - Open blog post
Ctrl + Shift + J - Open error console
Ctrl + Shift + F - Open favorites
Ctrl + O - Open file
Ctrl + Shift + M - Open mediabar
Ctrl + Shift + N - Open news feeds
Ctrl + Shift + U - Open uploader
Ctrl + Shift + C - Open web clipboard

Ctrl – (minus key) Decrease text size (zoom out)
Ctrl + (plus key) Increase text size (zoom in)
Ctrl + 0(zero) - Restore text size (reset zoom level)

Shift + Del - Delete selected autocomplete entry

Ctrl + F - Find (in page)
F3 or Ctrl + G - Find again
Shift + F3 or Ctrl + Shift + G - Find previous

Ctrl + Shift + H Show all history
Ctrl + D - Star current page
Ctrl + Shift + D - Star and tag

F7 - Caret browsing
F11 - Full screen
F1 - Help
