With AdWords Editor, a free tool developed by Mountain View-based search engine giant Google, you can easily manage ad campaigns or keywords, or control multiple accounts in a speedy and streamlined manner. The process of using AdWords editor is pretty basic: download your account, make the changes you want to make, upload the edited/revised ad campaign. Command+R - Get recent account changes
Command+Alt+R - Get recent changes with first page bid estimates
Command+P - Check changes
Command+Alt+P - Check changes in selected campaigns
Command+S - Post changes
Command+Alt+S - Post changes in selected campaigns
Command+F - Search
Command+Shift+F - Open advanced search
Command+A - Select all items in data view
Command+Z - Revert selected changes
Command+C - Copy selected items
Command+Shift+C - Copy just keyword text or placement URLs
Command+X - Cut selected items
Command+V - Paste items
Command+Shift+V - Paste items into selected ad groups
Command+Alt+V - Paste negatives into selected campaigns
Command+Shift+R - Replace text in selected items
Command+Shift+H - Append text to selected items

Move one cell to the right - Tab
Move one cell to the left - Shift+Tab
Move one cell up - Up arrow
Move one cell down - Down arrow
Switch between tree view and data view – Alt + Right/left arrow
Make first cell editable - F2
Jump to different tabs - Command + Number (1, 2, 3 and so on). For example Command+1 jumps to the Keywords tab while Command+2 to the Placements tab.
