Below is a detailed, comprehensive tutorial on how to install the free BS.Player media player on your Windows-powered computer. As you will see, installing BS.Player is a fairly simple process that will take but a few moments to complete. After you finish installing BS.Player you will have a properly good media player – and a very popular media player as the BS.Player team explained.

Here is what you have to do to install BS.Player (the free version) on your Windows-powered computer:

Step 1. Click here -> download the setup executable (the .exe file) to your computer.

Step 2. Double click the setup executable -> the License Agreement window will appear -> click I Agree.

Step 3. The Setup Wizard will appear now -> just click Next.

Step 4. It is now time to select the BS.Player components that will be installed. By default, the following options are selected:

• BS.Player Free
• Start Menu and Desktop Icons
• Associate with supported files.

I would just leave these options alone and click Next.

Step 5. You must now specify if you would like to create Start Menu and Desktop Icons for the current user or for all users. You must also specify if you would like to save BS.Player settings in the user home folder or in the installation folder.
Make your selection and click Next.
I went for Create Start Menu and Desktop icons for all users and Save settings in installation folder.

Step 6. Select the default language from the dropdown menu under Please select default language -> afterwards click Next.

Step 7. You must now decide if you would like to install the BS.Player ControlBar. You must also decide if you would like to set BS.Player as your default search and your homepage.

Please note that these options are checked by default. You must uncheck the box next to Install BS.Player ControlBar and Set BS.Player as my default search and Set BS.Player search as my homepage if you don’t want them.
When you’re done click Next.

Step 8. Select the directory path where BS.Player will be installed. I would just leave things be and click Install. By default BS.Player will be installed in C:/Program Files/Webteh/BSplayer

Step 9. Wait for the installation process to complete. During the installation process BS.Player will detect if required multimedia codecs are not installed on your computer and will offer to download and install them for you. If this happens, allow BS.Player to download and install these missing codecs by clicking Yes.

Step 10. When the installation process is complete, a webpage congratulating you for installing BS.Player will appear.
Get back to the setup wizard and click Next.

Step 11. Click Finish and BS.Player will start.
If you don’t want to run BS.Player right now, uncheck the box next to Run BS.Player FREE -> then click Finish.
