PC Decrapifier is a free piece of software that you can use to remove bloatware or crapware from the new windows 7 PC you just bought. Because if you just bought a new Windows 7 PC from an OEM (Original Equipments Manufacturer), then chances are it will come bundled with all sorts of software applications you do not want. These preinstalled software applications are either not very useful to being with, or they can be used for a limited period of time (trial versions meant to push you to purchase the full version). Think of it as advertising – the OEMs advertise these software apps in hopes you will purchase a full version.

With PC Decrapifier you can easily get rid of the bloatware/crapware. Here is what you have to do.

Step 1. Click this link – a new tab will open. Click the big Download button -> save the PC Decrapifier .exe file onto your computer.

Step 2. Double click the .exe file you just saved onto your computer -> the Welcome to the PC Decrapifier window will appear -> click Next.

Step 3. The End-User License Agreement (EULA) will appear -> click Next.

Step 4. You will now be warned that PC Decrapifier may remove applications that you have purchased or installed yourself. Make sure to uncheck the box next to these applications.

Step 5. You will be asked “Is This a New PC?” Check the box next to Yes if it is (which it is, since this is your new Windows 7 PC). Then click Next.

Step 6. You will be asked if you would like to create a System Restore point. It is advisable to create one, just in case. So click Create Restore Point -> wait for the System Restore point to be created -> click OK -> click Next.

Step 7. Select the items you would like to have removed. Click Next.

Step 8. A list of other applications you might want to have removed will be displayed. These are software applications that were not preinstalled by the OEM. Select the applications you want -> click Next.

Step 9. The following message will appear: Removal process will now begin. Press OK to continue or CANCEL to abort. Click OK.

Step 10. Wait for PC Decrapifier to remove all the junk -> when the process has sucessfuly completed you will be presented with this message: Removal process has completed successfully. Click OK.

Step 11. The Removal Complete window will appear. If you want to provide feedback, type in your message in the text box and click Submit Feedback. If not, simply click Finish and be done with it.
