Bar Code 3 of 9 Publisher Description

Print your own code39 from Windows! This TrueType and PostScript bar code font set adds the ability to print barcodes to virtually any Windows program. Barcode 3/9 is the most popular bar code type. It is does not require a checksum, and lets you encode numbers (0-9), upper case letters (A-Z), and some special characters (space, $ % + - . /). Simply begin and end each barcode with an * (so to bar code 123 you type *123*). This barcode package includes both standard (bar codes only) and a human readable (barcodes with text or numbers below) versions of bar code 3 of 9. Each of these scalable barcode fonts comes in six different aspect ratios, so you can vary the height and width of the bars independent of each other. This lets you print bar codes with the same height, but with a different bar thickness. Our software lets you print your own barcodes on your documents and packaging, or you can print sheets of labels with bar code 3/9 using our templates and Word. Want to print barcodes in Access or Excel? We include VBA macro functions that do all the work for you. If you don't understand bar codes, just run the Bar39 utility program (included in this package) to build barcodes for you. The download version includes a manual in Rich Text format compatible with any Windows word processor. The physical package comes on CD with a printed manual. This set implements the Full ASCII version of Bar Code 3 of 9 and supports the optional checksum variation. Note that both of these features are functions of your barcode reader, not the bar code itself. Your barcode reader must support these functions and have them enabled before you can use them. Includes: both standard and human readable versions in six aspect ratios Data Type: Alpha-Numeric, (A-Z, 0-9, space, $ % + - . /) Checksum: Optional Bar Code Length: Variable Wide/Narrow bar width ratio: 3.0 Requires: Laser or inkjet printer with at least 300 dpi resolution
